Congratulations to the Johnson Central Dance Team. They are the KDCO regional champion in medium hip hop. These girls qualify for State competition that will be held February 21st in Frankfort. Way to represent girls!
Come out to Bowl Rite Lanes in Prestonsburg and support your Johnson Central Bowling Teams. JCHS is hosting a 14 team tournament that has schools coming from Boyle County to Nitro, WV!

Johnson Central senior wrestlers Dalton Matney, JD Morris, and Ryan Smith picked up their 200th varsity win at the Fallen Heroes Tournament in Beckley WV. Principles of Biomedical Science students completed the Disorder Detectives activity today! Students randomly chose a case study and had to make a diagnosis for their patient based on how many chromosomes were present in their cells. It was a great way to apply what they've learned about chromosomal disorders!
