
Our counselors spent the day learning about Youth Mental Heath First Aid. Youth Mental Health First Aid provides adults with skills to use a 5-step action plan to help a youth who may be facing a mental health problem.

Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday, November 3!
At 2:00 a.m. this Sunday, time falls back one hour. Enjoy the extra hour to recharge and get ready for brighter mornings!
