Valentine's Day Information


February is Educator Appreciation Month. This month is designed to show gratitude to educators and support staff for their unwavering dedication to students and the school community. Thank you, Eagles, for always going the extra mile to support our students!

This year KMEA honored Johnson County’s own, Amy Conley, for 25 years of service to music education! Mrs. Conley has been an incredible asset to Johnson County Schools through her dedication to students and building a music program that is second to none. Congrats Mrs. Conley!


Jacob Slone, an 8th grade student, has been appointed eKAMI liaison for Johnson County Schools. Jacob will be leading efforts to encourage high school students to pursue careers in the hi-tech field of automation and robotics.

Monday, January 31st, will be Non-Traditional Instructional Day 6 in the Johnson County School District. Some side roads are still ice and snow-covered. Students, please make sure to check your Google Classroom for scheduled Google Meet times and assignments.


NTI Day 5 Friday, January 28th, due to some winter weather conditions this morning. Snow is also possible during the afternoon commute, along with the possibility of heavy snow squalls. Students, let's work hard to complete all assignments!
