There will be middle school softball tryouts February 28-March 2 after school till 5:30 on the rookie field (weather permitting). All student athletes who intend to try out for the team must have an up to date sports physical that will not expire before June when attending the first day. 6th grade students are welcome to attend.

If you are interested in trying out for the baseball team at Johnson County Middle School, please access the link below and fill out the form. Tryouts are open to 7th and 8th grade students at JCMS. In addition, tryouts are open to 6th grade students who have aged out of Cal Ripken. Please submit the form prior to February 1st, 2023. All students planning to attend the tryout must provide a copy of a completed physical to participate in tryout. Tryouts are tentatively scheduled to begin on or after February 13th, 2022.
