Today Mr. Ross' and Mrs. Collett's class learned how to make French toast with Mrs. Samantha and enjoyed some too! ❤️😋 We read The Legend of Rock, Paper, Scissors and came up with a new move. The best new move was dynamite! 😅

Congratulations to freshman Ava June Pennington! She is the winner of the KY Civics Bee and will represent the bluegrass state at the National Civics Bee in Washington DC. JCHS is proud of you Ava June!
The ASVAB will be given September 18th at 9am. Any interested 10th-12th grader should see Ms. Austin to register. This exam is free of charge.
Any 9-11th grader who would like to take the PSAT/NMSQT should see Ms. Austin in the library. Registration fees are 20.00 and must be paid prior to September 3rd. PSAT scores are used for the National Merit Scholarship as well as several other scholarships. The PSAT will be given Wednesday October 23rd during school.
Anyone interested in auditioning for Elf Jr. should join the Google Classroom (st3psqr). Auditions are Thursday, September 5th in Pool Building Rm 4. See Ms. Warne for details!
