Johnson Central High School extends our deepest sympathies to the family of long time coach and supporter JC Blanton. Coach Blanton’s contributions are far reaching throughout numerous athletic programs and his presence will be greatly missed. Funeral service is Tuesday at 1:00 PM at Phelps and Son Funeral Home.
Free sports physicals will be provided by ARH July 9-11th at JCHS gymnasium for all schools throughout the district.

Don't forget, this Saturday, July 5th, JCHS Class of 2026 is hosting a movie night at the Historic Sipp Theater. There will be two showings of Twilight: 4:00 and 6:30. Doors will open at 3:30 for the first showing. Show times are 4:00 and 6:30. But first, we have an important question: Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?

Mark your calendars now for our annual 9th grade orientation! Empower Day will be held Friday, July 25th from 9:15am 2:15pm. This is a day for students to meet their teachers, explore the building, learn about pathways, and begin their transition to JCHS. Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided for all students.
Parents you will have the chance to visit JCHS with your student August 4th from 5:30-7:30pm.
We look forward to seeing our incoming Eagle families!
