Christian, a freshman at JCHS, is also a member of Morehead State Talent Search’s Academic Team, which recently competed in an exciting statewide TRIO academic competition. The team rocked it, securing 1st place in the variety division and 3rd place in the junior varsity division!
Now, Christian and his teammates are headed to Atlanta, Georgia, this April to compete at the regional level.

The 2025 KHSAA 15th Region Tournament Brackets are set! 1st round games will be hosted at the team on the upper bracket. The rest of the tournament will be hosted at Pike Central High School.
