CES 4th grade enjoyed Conservation Day today!




Students in Mrs. Vanhoose's Second Grade class were solving two-step word problems in Ready Math using manipulatives and a math buddy!





Mrs. Bryant is doing a fabulous Magnetic Reading lesson on the letters H h and I i with her Kindergarten class.





Great modeling, use of iReady resources, anchor charts, and engaging Nearpod lessons happening in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade at CES.





Our CMPS/STLP team- S.T.O.P. "Slaying the Opioid Problem" met with Scott Ratliff from WSIP radio station as an effort to bring community awareness to September being National Recovery Awareness Month.


Mrs. Vanhoose's 2nd graders learned how to collect data to make and interpret bar graphs today in Ready Math.

These CES Eagles were excited to visit the future home of JCHS today. We are blessed to be a small part of this Legacy.






Magnetic Reading groups continue smoothly at CES this week. The staff and students are excited about starting the day with reading every day.











CES is thankful for our AmeriCorps worker, Nikki Jude. She goes above and beyond for our students.

Shoutout to Doug Beckhart and Norton Children's Hospital for coming to Central Elementary and working with our 4th, 5th and 6th grade students teaching bike safety. Our kids had an awesome time and Mrs. Crace was very proud of those who participated!💛🦅💛
