The Johnson County School District extends our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Mr. Danny Joe Daniels.
Serving as a dedicated board member from 1985 to 2008, Mr. Daniels exemplified true servant leadership for over two decades. His unwavering heart for our students, staff, and community—along with his fierce passion for the Golden Eagles—left a lasting mark on Johnson County School District that will never be forgotten.
In his honor, flags will fly at half-staff across the district on Friday.
Fly high, Golden Eagle.

Per her parents' wishes, all district schools—including Johnson County Middle School—will be in session on Monday. District flags will fly at half-staff in Carissa’s honor, and counselors and school psychologists will continue to be available in our schools to support our students and staff.
