Students in Mrs. Estep's classes made posters about GM foods after reading their weekly story. They used the text to support their claims & then presented their ideas to the class.

Mrs. Sheila Knipp-Ratliff brings an incredible sense of fun and energy to our school. Her vibrant sense of humor, paired with her compassionate heart, makes her the perfect fit as our Resource Center Director. She takes immense pride in organizing materials and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our students have everything they need to succeed. Her dedication to both students and staff at Highland Elementary is deeply appreciated, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact she has on our school community.

Mrs. Slone embodies the true essence of humility, grace, and integrity. Her warmth and kindness shine through every day, and her genuine smile is a constant source of positivity. We are incredibly fortunate to have her in our school family, and we are deeply grateful for all the love and care she brings to everyone around her. Happy Counselor's Week to the very best in the business!

Update from Mr.Cochran this morning!
Let’s continue with NTI today. We will have a regular snow day tomorrow - so hopefully many will have their power back on- those who can do Google meets, continue with them- those who can’t, if work is posted- let them just finish without the meets; allow tomorrow (Tuesday) to finish any of today's work or class assignments.
