
Happy Thanksgiving from Mrs. Bevins' class!!! We had a great time learning about turkeys, writing about why we are thankful, learning about Pilgrims and Native Americans, making teepees, and making butter!











Our students engaged in several activities at the FSCS District STLP. These students will participate in the state STLP event in the spring.






Congratulations to our 4th grade STLP Cinemania Team! They placed first in the K-5 category at the FSCS District STLP.



Third grade students practiced finding the main idea and supporting details using their weekly reading story.

Highland Choir Members
You need to be at the MAC tonight between 7:00 and 7:30. There will be a holding room for choir members. Parents need to bring choir members to the holding room until our performance. Choir members will need to be signed out at the end.

Mrs. Bolden's class celebrated after winning the Wildcat lunchroom belt today!


Our District Testing Coordinator and our Highland student body enjoyed GREEN slushies in celebration of our KSA scores. We are so proud of our staff and students!




Our teachers were able to dig in to KSA data after school today. I love their passion!!





Important announcement!! All computers will be sent home today and will need to be returned tomorrow morning. We are practicing for when bad weather hits!


Second grade students in Mrs. Adkins' class learned about Election Day. Then, they ate two different Oreos and cast their ballot for their favorite. Double Stuffed Oreos won!
