Mrs. Bevins’ first grade class has enjoyed a week of learning about leaves. Students completed leaf collections by identifying different leaves that they had found. Then today we went on a nature walk to find some leaves to complete two projects for fun Friday. The students got to complete pictures with leaves and then use their own creativity to make their own leaf people. It was a fantastic week of learning! The students agreed it was the best day ever! 💙

Second grade students celebrated International Dot Day by listening to a live reading of The Dot, by the author Peter H.Reynolds. Then, they followed along to complete a drawing of one of his characters.
