Mad scientists were spotted during Flat Gap's Summer School!!! Each student created their own Erupting Volcano! 🌋











🐠Summer school "O-Fish-Ally" begins Tuesday, May 30th. Doors open at 8:00am!
🐬Be ready early and keep a lookout for buses. It will take a few days to confirm routes and times.
🐟We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!


A HUGE thanks to our dedicated staff for chaperoning the 6th grade trip to King's Island! The students had the best time and came back with loads of stories to tell!


Flat Gap Elementary Kindergarten Orientation was so fun! Students were introduced to teachers, toured school, completed a craft, and had lunch!











6th grade students are leaving King's Island, heading home! A fun time was had by all ☺️ We're estimating being back to school around 11pm.

Kindergarten Orientation is tomorrow! We will be having fun activities for students, an informational presentation for parents from our teachers, as well as computers available for registration. Hope to see you there!

Taking some awesome Greyhounds to Gattis! These students worked hard to reward themselves with a trip to gattis by purchasing it with their LIVESchool points! They had to save to get to play!! Well done!











6th grade breakfast was a success! Thank you to McDonald's of Paintsville and Gracefully Made for the sausage biscuits and doughnuts.











Here at the Gap, we have certainly been blessed to have Mrs. Brown as our SLP this year. Our students and staff appreciate you so much!
