Starting Monday, March 24th, 2025, our school day schedules are changing due to new state legislation. To ensure your child receives the required instructional hours, we've adjusted our school times:
Elementary: 7:55 AM - 3:10 PM
Middle: 8:20 AM - 3:30 PM
High: 8:20 AM - 3:35 PM
Please adjust your schedules accordingly. The last day of school is now May 23rd, and graduation is set for May 22nd (weather permitting), with alternate dates of May 23 and 24th. We understand schedule changes can be challenging, and we appreciate your flexibility.
It's that time of year. We are accepting applications for the 2025-2026 school year in Head Start and Preschool!! Come see us at the Head Start office.
Just a reminder school will be in session tomorrow, Friday, March 14th. We can’t wait to see all of our Eagles bright and early in the morning!

No School – Thursday, March 13th & Monday, March 17th, 2025
Johnson County School District will not be in session on Thursday, March 13th to support our Johnson County Girls Basketball team as they compete at Rupp Arena in the state basketball tournament at 11:00 AM.
JC will not be in session on Monday, March 17th, as scheduled on the school calendar, for the KAAC Governor’s Cup State Academic Competition at the Galt House in Louisville.
Let’s show our Eagle Pride and cheer on our Lady Eagles and Academic Team as they compete at the highest level!
Eagles, reminder that tomorrow, Monday March 10 is a regular school day as approved in our calendar for the year. There was some confusion as the state academic day was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but the date changed. We will see everyone bright and early tomorrow morning.
