Johnson County School District was proud to welcome Kentucky Commissioner of Education, Dr. Robbie Fletcher.
Commissioner Fletcher met with the district’s administrative team to learn more about our ongoing initiatives and to share important updates from the state level. Following the meeting, he toured several schools and programs across the district, including:
Johnson Central High School’s Solar Car Team and Career Pathways
Lunch prepared by our talented Culinary Arts students
A performance by the Johnson County Middle School Choir
Leader in Me leadership development at our elementary schools
Kagan Structures in classrooms that foster collaboration and engagement
A tour of the new Johnson Central High School site
